Hello there! Allow me, Nicki Davidson, to help you through your next real estate transaction! Whether buying or selling, you can trust in me to get you through the process quickly and efficiently. Integrity and professionalism drives my passion to care for the needs and goals of my clients, working diligently to bring piece-of-mind so you can focus on more important things.

I received a BA in Business Management from Loyola Marymount University. I was born and raised in the equestrian community of Orange Park Acres in the city of Orange. I have been fortunate enough to watch my neighborhood grow along with me, which has given me the opportunity to understand this area from the inside out.

I believe strongly in giving back. During my childhood, I dedicated 11 years to my local 4H club, learning the importance of volunteering. When I left for college, it didn’t take me long to return and volunteer with the club that taught me so much growing up. I co-lead the dog project and the cooking project, teaching kids the important aspects of each subject. My ambition is to encourage every child I work with to take advantage of every opportunity presented to them, and to help each of them become the person they strive to be.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking and crafting! I savor every moment I get to go into the kitchen to try new recipes for my family and friends. Please click on the link to my Pinterest account in the top toolbar to see some of my amazing boards with recipes and craft ideas! I also love reading, playing with my dogs, riding my horse, and golfing!
